Our unique Big Shot 70-minute sessions are proven to be a highly successful workout that combines outdoor cross-training, running fitness, boxing, strength, circuit & weights training.

This Big Shot 70 and 35-minute workouts are fun and challenging and definitely get you fit!

Big Shot emphasises the importance of cross-training, which works every muscle in a number of ways.

Whether at home or outside such as running on the beaches, sand dunes, parklands, or local ovals, boxing, circuit, weights training with your trainer or doing those dreaded pushups, you will feel fantastic after your session. Our years of experience, and knowledge of fitness ensure you will have a thorough, safe and informative workout, keeping your goals and abilities in mind the entire time.

Before you register as a Big Shot client, we will conduct an initial consultation, fitness test and brief workout, in order to establish your likes, dislikes, goals, and past experience with exercise. Body measurements, medical history, blood pressure, body strength and aerobic fitness are looked at in the first visit. So, if you like variety and fun in your life, and want to get fit at the same time, then Big Shot Health & Fitness is definitely for you!

Cardio Fitness &

Alternatively, we offer Bigshot 35-minute sessions that are either cardio fitness or strength, circuit and weight training.

I have been involved in professional competition running for over thirty years, and through my successful experiences, I have the guaranteed knowledge and proven ability to improve your personal health, fitness and sporting performance levels and achieve your desired goals. I am a former 1995 Stawell Gift 800m champion and have won nearly all the Australian professional foot running classics in middle distance. I have also won many races in the UK/ Scottish professional foot running league when competing overseas.

I am highly tertiary qualified in the Sporting and fitness Industry with outstanding expertise. Big Shot Health and Fitness Co has been operating for over 30 years, and I have fitness trained over 30,000 70-minute personal training sessions for health, fitness, and well-being goals and coached many outstanding sports people. From AFL footballers, jockeys, beach sprinters, national standard and Olympic runners, basketballers, rowers etc. With regards to running programs and sports training, I can cater for all standards from corporates, the general public, fun runners, sporting teams/clubs, elite running athletes and sports people.
