The Running Sport Fitness Squad specialises in long-term athlete development training and developing all runners at all levels from ages 8 to 21 years old.
The Running Sport Fitness Squad session focuses on the key elements to running performance.
The training combines speed, power, agility, reaction, quickness, and endurance in running fitness training to develop runners to achieve maximum performance levels at recreational, fun runners, schools, state, national, international, and professional levels.
The Running Sport Fitness Squad develops elite athletes in all athletic distances, from sprints (100m, 200m, 400m), middle distances (550m, 800, 1500), long distances (3000m, 5000m, 10,000m) and cross country, marathon, fun runs and recreational fitness running distances.
The Running Sport Fitness Squad will enable all athletes of all levels and ages to achieve their own personal sporting, fitness, health and running performance goals.
The criteria for joining:
Athletes from ages 8 years to 21 years old.
Athletes must have dedicated running goals of performing to their best ability at recreational, fun run, schools, clubs, Beach Sprints (Lifesaving Championships), State Championships, National Championships, The Professional Victorian Athletic League, The Professional South Australian Atheltic League such as the Stawell Gift/Bay Sheffield Gift, International Competitions and any other sporting codes the involve running fitness such as AFL, Soccer, Netball, Basketball and others.
The Running Sport Fitness Squad has 2 sessions per week.
